Unwind in one of the local restaurants that offer traditional Aragonese dishes. Enjoy the locally sourced produce and savor the flavors of the Pyrenees.

Visit the Historic Centre of Benasque. The village itself is a picturesque wonderland, with its narrow cobbled streets, traditional stone houses, and charming squares. Take a leisurely stroll through the Old Town, and don’t miss the beautiful Santa María Church, dating back to the 16th century.

Day 2

Drive to Gorgas de Alba, the crystal-clear turquoise waters cascading down the rocky slopes created a captivating symphony that echoed through the lush green surroundings. Hike along the well-marked paths, passing by impressive waterfalls and surrounded by the imposing peaks of the Pyrenees. The walking loop is about 3km long and takes about 1,5 hours. It starts just behind the Hotel Turpi.

Continue your journey to Llanos de Hospital, another mesmerizing location in the Benasque Valley. It’s a vast plateau surrounded by mountains and serves as a great spot for a peaceful picnic or just to bask in the tranquility of the area.

In the late afternoon consider heading back to Benasque Village to relax and perhaps take a stroll through the village’s charming streets.

Day 3

Explore the small village of Sahun, which offers a more authentic and less touristy experience. Walk around the village and appreciate the simplicity of mountain life.

Visit Linsoles Dam, a serene and peaceful spot with a beautiful lake formed by the dam. This is an ideal location for a tranquil walk, birdwatching, or even kayaking.

Make your way to Cerler, a charming mountain town known for its ski resort. Even in the summer, Cerler remains lively with various outdoor activities. Consider taking the scenic Cerler Cable Car to enjoy breathtaking views of the valley.
